Everything you said to me, everything I said to you (2008) is the product of a One Month Silence exercise between me and my then husband, Horst. From March 17 until April 15, 2008 we committed to end all verbal communication. The result is a din of hand written notes and printed electronic messages that reflect the private and deeply personal language of a marriage. The notes are to be installed (unedited) according to date in chronological order filling a space of about 8.5 meters by 3.5 meters.
In addition to the One month Silence i began documenting Horst's sleeping patterns and making detailed note of patterns in behavior.
